90 BPM metronome

This page opens at 90 BPM in 4/4, with a louder click on beat one. Tempo counts quarter notes. With Clicks per beat at 2 and Swing at Straight, the eighths arrive three times per second; at 4, the sixteenths arrive six times per second.

Try a rhythm with both notes and rests. Keep counting the sixteenths through the rests, then switch back to one click per beat and play the same pattern. Listen for whether the notes after the rests still fall where you intend.

If you need twice as many main clicks, 180 BPM provides them. That changes the metronome's count and bar length, so check the accents too. To add halfway clicks while keeping four beats per bar at 90, use Clicks per beat at 2 instead.
