Two clicks per beat in 4/4 at ♩ = 120: one on the beat and a lighter one on the “and.” Clicks per beat is set to 2 and Swing to Straight. Tempo still counts quarter-note beats, so the eighth-note clicks arrive four times per second.
Try playing a scale in eighth notes, placing one note on each click. Then keep the same tempo and change Clicks per beat to 1. Continue playing the eighths, supplying the notes between the clicks yourself.
If you are working more slowly, the extra click can give you a reference between beats. At ♩ = 60, for example, the eighths fall half a second apart. Swing becomes available with two clicks per beat; leave it at Straight unless you want to delay the offbeat.
