Swing metronome

Two clicks per beat in 4/4 at ♩ = 120, with Swing set to Triplet. The offbeat falls about two thirds of the way through each beat: close to the last note of an eighth-note triplet. The middle triplet position is not clicked.
This gives you a steady long-short pattern to practise against. Try playing eighth notes with the clicks, then leave some notes out while keeping the same timing for those that remain.
Jazz swing varies between players and performances; it is not always an exact triplet division. Faster performances often use more even eighths. Compare Triplet with Light and Straight, and listen to a recording for the feel you want to learn. The metronome's ratio stays fixed when you change Tempo. Swing requires Clicks per beat at 2.
