Vivace means lively. This page starts at ♩ = 172 in 4/4. Around 156–176 BPM is a rough guide, but the marking describes character as well as pace, and tempo references do not all give the same range.
If you want fewer clicks at this speed, leave Clicks per beat at 1 and set beats two and four to silent. You will hear beats one and three while the bar keeps its original length. Keep counting all four quarter notes as you play.
Another option is 2/2 at half note = 86, which gives the same spacing between those half-note clicks. Set that tempo explicitly if you open the cut-time page. For detailed work on a run or a difficult change of notes, restore every quarter-note click and lower Tempo as needed.
